The Grading queue (The Nonprofit LMS, then Grading) collects everything that needs a human: essay answers and assignment submissions.
Open an item, review the student’s work, and record the result. Quiz scores update and the student’s progress continues.
The item disappeared when I saved
That’s the grade being saved. A graded item leaves the queue straight away, and a screen reader announces that the grade was saved.
Opening a submitted file
Press the item’s Download file link. The file downloads with the name the student gave it, and the grading screen stays where it is. It works for administrators and the instructors of that course.
An essay marked Archived
If you remove an essay question from a quiz after students answered it, their answers stay in the queue with an Archived badge. The answers are real and still need a grade, and the student’s quiz result waits for it. Grade them as usual. A question saved with no text shows as (Untitled Question) here, the same as in Reports.
