The Students screen (The Nonprofit LMS, then Students) lists every student with their enrollments and progress.
You can search it and filter it by course, enrollment dates, status and name, plus any profile field you’ve offered as a filter. That’s how you answer questions like “show me everyone from organization X” or “who from this county finished in our grant year?”
