Surveys collect ungraded feedback. Responses show up under Reports, and Pro can export them to CSV.
In the course settings you can require the end-of-course survey. Students then can’t finish the course until they’ve submitted it. That’s a good way to make sure you get the outcome questions your funder asks about.
Survey questions work like quiz questions while you’re building: each one is a collapsed row you click to open, with Expand all and Collapse all beside the heading. A question is saved once it has text, and blank answer options aren’t saved. A question students have already answered is kept in Reports, marked Archived, if you remove it from the survey.
